EE: What do you have for lunch today?
Kirtan Shah: This is pasta and it has broccoli in it, and other herbs. I’d say it’s Italian, but I’m not too sure.
EE: Is this the type of food you eat on a daily basis?
KS: Yes.
EE: Who makes it for you?
KS: My mom.
EE: Do you eat Indian food?
KS: I eat it sometimes, but usually I eat Indian food for dinner … because my mom wants to make other food for lunch.
EE: You said you’ve been eating this since you were young, so does this food mean anything to you?
KS: No. I don’t know, it’s just food.
