Biology teacher and AVID coordinator Pooya Hajjarian started his teaching career as a student teacher at MVHS in 2008. By the time his tenure came to an end, he was forced to find work elsewhere. Yet Hajjarian found his way back to MVHS a year after his student teaching days, taking up a teaching role at his alma mater. And for the past eight years, he’s remained thankful that he gets to fulfill his passion of teaching at the only school he’s ever wanted to teach at.
