Homecoming 2013: ‘Atlantis shipWRECKED’ spirit day outfits

This Tuesday, MVHS students dressed up in either mismatching or Atlantis-themed outfits. The dress-up day points will count towards each class’ overall homecoming score.

“I did a dance performance a few years ago where I used these tights, and I never thought I’d wear them again … but I dug them up yesterday and thought they’d be really creative because you don’t really see people wearing silver tights.”

As for today’s class dress-up day results, 2015 came out on top with 45.5 percent of the class in “shipWRECKED” gear, 2016 with 37 percent, 2014 with 36.4 percent and 2017 with 31.6 percent.

Tomorrow’s theme will be “Dress to Impress the Queen.” Both formal clothing and medieval Camelot-era attire will be counted.
