Junior Vineet Vijaykumar shares his story of the first time he cried on campus. When the movie ended, Vijaykumar noticed that many were tearing up.

“When I was in history teacher Nick Bonacorsi’s history class, we watched ‘Schindler’s List,’ and to see people getting massacred was surreal. I admit I cried.”

For Sophomore Cina Ahmadiehyazdi, crying at school has never been a problem. He has cried outside of campus, but never actually on.

“Crying at school? Never.”

Senior Sonya Ragothaman admits that he first time crying was because of a chemisty grade. Although she did not receive credit, in the end, the teacher chose not to count the assignment for the class.

“When I was a sophomore, I didn’t get credit for [a chemistry assignment], so after class, I went out and cried.”

“I fell out of a tree, and cried.”

Freshman Victoria Ngo cried out of success. She tried out for Song Dance Team, made it, but could not do it. However, she hopes to be a part of the team her senior year.

“I tried out for Song, I made the team, but I knew I could not do it because of my parents and financial issues.”
